This live webinar will focus on helping sports medicine orthopaedic surgeons prepare for the ABOS exam part 2. Included will be a description and structure of the examination, available resources, methods for board collections period and how to effectively prepare for the exam after cases are selected.

PRESENTERS AND PANELISTS:



Ryan Roach, MD, MS is an Assistant Professor at The University of Florida where he serves as Team Physician and specializes in hip, knee, and shoulder surgery.



Michelle E. Kew, MD is an orthopaedic sports medicine and shoulder surgeon at the Hospital for Special Surgery and Assistant Professor at New York Presbyterian-Weill Cornell. Dr. Kew is a member of the AOSSM Enduring Education Committee and moderator.



Jon Wright, MD is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at the University of Florida and at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center.  He started practice in 2021 and achieved ABOS certification in 2023 after completing the oral boards.



Ryan Rauck, MD is an Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center, specializing in shoulder surgery and sports medicine.



Spencer Stein, MD is a board-certified Sports Medicine Specialist in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at NYU Langone Health. He specializes in shoulder, elbow, hip, and knee injuries and has worked with multiple teams including high school through professional sports teams.
