Information
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:

  • Describe the favorable patient-reported outcomes and graft survival rates of osteochondral autograft and allograft at medium-term follow-up, with no significant differences in comparison in meta-analysis format
  • Explain the importance of proper patient selection for either procedure as being imperative to the success and potential long-term viability of the graft, although variables such as mean age, % female patients, lesion size, number of plugs/grafts used, or treatment location did no significantly affect PROs or postoperative failure.
