Describe the underlying methodology of the analyses in the present study.
Explain that there is no significant difference in the rate of complications between docking and Figure-of-8 graft configurations, but that flexor-pronator mass detachment with submuscular ulnar nerve transposition is associated with a significantly higher proportion of postoperative nerve complications.
