MMPR repair improves contact pressures and patient-reported outcomes (PROs), especially in patients undergoing concomitant high tibial osteotomy (HTO). Meniscal extrusion and osteoarthritis progression showed no significant improvement. Further research is needed to determine optimal repair techniques and evaluate long-term outcomes in different patient populations.
