The study includes 34 patients who underwent arthroscopic HCR using a fascia-lateral autograft. The results show a graft survival rate of 89% at 10 years after surgery and a maintained wide accurate distance. Active shoulder elevation and ACS scores showed improvement in healed patients, while graft tear patients had decreased function. Arthroscopic SEO prevents progression of catheter arthropathy. Overall, the study concludes that arthroscopic SEO provides long-term benefits for irreparable rotator cuff tears.
