Okay, good morning. Because I'm former military, we're going to start on time. Welcome. This is a really pleasure to announce the first co-combined specialty session with our friends from ISACOS. I'm Mark Miller, and Guillermo Arce, from ISACOS President, is going to welcome you as well. So welcome. Good morning, everyone. I'm Guillermo Arce, the current ISACOS President from Argentina. I would like to thank AOSSM to share with us this fantastic event. Also to thank the program chair that have put together an exciting program, and I would like to thank you, and I hope you will enjoy it. Thank you for coming. It's out. Now our program chairs will begin the session. Thank you. All right. So we have some welcome slides, and I'll let our other co-program chairs come up to the stage. So I'm Steve Brockmeyer, I'm from the University of Virginia. Robin West is my co-program chair for AOSSM, and then David Parker and Al Getgood from ISACOS, and we're excited for the program today. We want to welcome you here. So a couple of housekeeping items. Number one, CME will be available, but you will get it through email. It's not immediately available, but look for an email from AOSSM to sign up for your CME after the course. I want to also highlight we have an interesting and really exciting thing planned for lunch. There will be a boxed lunch that we will give you, so don't leave for lunch and go grab lunch. The boxed lunch is outside for our special program that will happen over the lunch hour. And so without further ado, I'm going to go ahead and let our first moderators, Giovanni DiGiacomo and Matt Preventer, get things started with the session on shoulder instability. Thank you.
