In the interest of time, we'll continue to present our Traveling Fellowship Program as you guys take your pictures off to the side, and again, congratulations. For those of you that are members, particularly those under age of 45, I really would recommend that you pay attention to this, because this is a really important program within our society. So we've had three tours most recently that have been part of the Traveling Fellowship. The AOSSM traveled to APCAS in October of 2022, with Chuck Bush-Joseph as our godparent, with Cassandra Lee from California, Winston Gwathmey from Virginia, and Joshua Hall from Toronto as the Traveling Fellows. These are the sites that they visited. So they started in Kobe, Japan, and went to Seoul, Korea, to Singapore, to Bangkok, Thailand, and finished at the APCAS meeting in Thailand. And these are just some of the highlighted pictures and stops that they had along the way. These are some of the presentations that they made to the members of APCAS throughout. This is Chuck and Jazz's presentations. This is Cassandra and Winston's presentations, talking a little bit about some of the expertise and sharing their information. They had a wonderful trip. Most recently, and just ending here, currently at our AOSSM meeting, Jacques Manitre from Switzerland, had his Traveling Fellows, Riccardo Campagnoni and Alberto Grassi from Italy, and Antonio Cassan from Austria, who started at the ISACAS meeting, which doesn't seem that long ago, in Boston, traveled to the University of Pittsburgh, then to the Fowler Kennedy Clinic in London, Ontario. They then went to Rush, followed by a trip to Los Angeles to visit UCLA, USC, and Kerlan Jobe Clinic. They then traveled to Salt Lake City, the University of Utah, followed by a visit to North Carolina at Wake Forest, as well as Atrium Health in Charlotte and Winston-Salem. The fellows are currently here, finishing up their long, but I think very beneficial tour. You can see some of the pictures highlighted here. There's Volker taking them on a bike ride in Pittsburgh. That's quite the interesting picture. These were some of the topics that they presented while they were here in North America. This is Jacques and Alberto's presentations, Antonio and Riccardo as well, so really got a chance to share their information with us. And finally, our AOSSM tour just recently completed their APCAS tour, attending some of the same sites. So Darren Johnson was the godparent, Adam Anz from the Andrews Institute in Florida, Jeff Macalena from Minnesota, and Dustin Richter from New Mexico were the traveling fellows under Darren's incredible and, I think, exciting guidance. These were some of the places they visited, somewhat similar to some degree to our other APCAS tour, so Seoul and Kobe, and then to Hiroshima, Japan, and Hong Kong. And they finished up at the combined meeting in Thailand as well. So you can see Darren, that is quite the outfit that he was forced to get into, I'm sure. These are their topics that they presented, showing, obviously, given their experience of what they do here in North America. I think we're missing one other tour. I had a traveling fellowship 15 years ago in 2008 with Grant Jones and Kevin Shea and our godparent, and it was just an amazing tour. So if you're under 45, what I want to highlight for you is what the opportunities, what is the traveling fellowship, and why should you consider doing it. Well, yes, it's three to four weeks potentially away from your practice and your family, and that's an incredible sacrifice to make. But what you gain from this, and the opportunities that you can have to travel to Florida and South America, to APCAS in Asia, to ESCA in Europe, the opportunities to share not only your information, but gain information, to gain lifelong friends. So 15 years ago, I'm now sitting still next to Grant, and we talk about all the highlights of our... This is the last stop. I'm sorry, we missed a picture of all of our stops. But this was me actually then gaining, getting to see my two kids, and my third child wasn't even born at this point. And so while it's incredible to miss this and to share this opportunity, if you're under 45, why would you consider doing this? And so the applications will come out in the fall. You have the opportunity to travel to multiple sites, to gain knowledge, to gain lifelong friends. So I would highly encourage you to put this on your radar. It may not be right for you, and you may apply at one time, and you don't necessarily get in. It requires a few letters of recommendation. We want you to be involved in the AOSSM. We want you to be involved in research. There's not one set specific criteria that makes this. Talk to your mentors. Talk to the people that you trained with. See if you're a candidate for this. Apply for the fellowship. If you apply the first time and you don't get in, please apply again. Because I can tell you, and if you try to, if you meet up with anybody who's done this in the past, it's an incredible opportunity, and I would highly encourage you. So thank you for the time and the attention to share this with you this morning. I had an incredible time. I will never forget it. As T. Mormon just said, this was his academic highlight of his entire career. T. was a traveling fellow in 1998, and most recently a godparent. So for somebody like T. to say this is an academic highlight, I would highly encourage you to do this. So thank you very much, and enjoy the rest of the meeting.
