So it's my pleasure to introduce you to our incoming president. He will officially take the role, even though he has this medallion on his neck for the next 10 minutes.  He officially becomes the president on Sunday morning. And so, Dean, it's with great pleasure, honor, and respect that I deem you the next president of AOSSM.  And, Anne, we'll award a brooch to Anne Taylor, the two Annes. And so we'll ask Dan, Dean, to say a few words. Mark, that was phenomenal.  There's big shoes to fill, but I'm inspired. And with everyone in this organization's help, we're going to build off of what you've done, and I'm proud to follow in your footsteps.  Thank you very much.
