Yes, so I don't know who was the first associate editor, but the Electronic Media Editorial Board had its own associate editor from 2012, and there was a board added from 2016, initially just eight members, but as we all know, this is a growing field, and now during the last seven years, we are 19 people today. So I have a nice picture of everybody, our, this doesn't work, okay. Our associate editor, Brett Owens, unfortunately couldn't be here, but this is a young and diverse group with people from USA, Canada, South America, Middle East, Asia, Australia, and Europe. Hope I didn't forget anybody, but you can see them all here. So what we have been doing is we pick like 15 articles that's highlighted in social media every month, and that's chosen by the member of the board, and from some of them, we also publish a video abstract, and we have invited the author sometimes to make video, I will say a little bit more of that in a little while, and we are now in Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, and you can see the number of followers, most in Twitter, and not so many in Instagram, but it's increasing, and behind the followers, you can see the engagement rate, that's a number calculated of how many clicks or sharings or likes the post have from all who has seen the post, and how many has been engaged in this post. And we are making podcasts. Bruce talked a little bit about his podcast, and also that we are making podcasts, so we have two different kinds, one in-depth interview every month, where we invite the authors from an interesting paper, and this podcast is an interview where they can tell about their research for approximately 15 to 20 minutes, and the other kind of podcast we have is a five-in-five summary, where one from the editorial board is presenting five papers in five minutes. So that's more like a teaser, and they just say what the paper is about, and if people that listen to the podcast hear something they are interested in, they can of course go then and look up and download that particular paper. And also, like Bruce said, we have some cross-advertising for Hot Corner podcast and The Easy Rider. And tonight, we will announce who had the most downloaded podcast last year. It's still top secret, so you will have to be at the dinner tonight. What video abstract we publish, we know that to get people's attention, we have the attention for maybe 30 seconds when they scroll down on their social media. So we have been discussing how to best publish the content, and we have one video from every issue where the author is chosen by the editor, and they get help from professional medical writers to make this video. And it's then approved by the author and one of the members from our board. So this is a really nice opportunity for the author as well to spread their research out with professional help to make the video. And we also invite authors to make their own videos, just a short video, maximum one minute, because that's how long you can keep people interested in social media. And we have had videos from these three authors lately, where they are allowed to highlight their most important findings with a paper published in AGSM. And then to the webinars, I think this is the last slide. We try to make a webinar every quarter. So for 2023, we had one on AC joint dislocations in February, chaired by Knut Beitzel, and a very nice faculty. And then we had this cooperation with ISACOS in April, about how to maximize the impact of your research. Both of them very popular webinars. And we are in the planning of the next webinar in September. I will be sharing a webinar on shoulder instability, and this is cooperation with ESCA. So I think that's about what we have been doing the last year. Any questions? Bruce. The question came up at the AOSSM board meeting yesterday, what about threads, the new meta social media that's supposed to compete with Twitter? We haven't looked into that yet. But of course, if that's something growing very fast, we might have to do it. But we have not gone into TikTok yet either. So we will have to think about that. I think the three of them is enough so far. I think we reach most people. And there are also differences between, I was a little bit surprised that Twitter had so many more followers than Instagram, because in Europe, it's a little bit different. There are not so many Twitter followers in Europe. So for ESCA, there are more followers in Instagram and Facebook and LinkedIn. Not so much in Twitter. So it depends a little bit where you are as well.
