I am grateful for the opportunity to share my research with you. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful time at OEM Foundation. Also, in this article, I would like to express my gratitude to all the co-Arthurs. Now, I'll give you the disclosing. Microfracture is the first treatment choice for cartridge injuries. This is a minimally inbasible, cost-effective, evidence-based treatment. In the long term, the effectiveness of microfractures is limited to patients with large defects. However, depending on the treatment of microfractures, the initial treatment option was due to cartridge injury. Now let's talk about improving microfractures. Here we have Fightiting and Beemac. Phytitin is a sinority flavonoid. Sinority Flavonoids have the ability to reduce Sensensel and the effects of Antioxidant and Antiflammatory. Bemac was initially thought to be the source of MSC, but recently it has received a lot of attention due to its antiinflammatory effects. It is believed that the combination of Phytitine and Bemac can add an asterochondaloid effect to rabbits by treating microfractures. Asterochondaloid effects, 5 mm in size and 2 mm deep, were created in the rabbit's paternal group. A 2 mm deep microfracture was performed and 5 holes were created. Before the surgery, Boumaron Aspert was planted in every Rabbit and we went through the process of preparing the Beemac. After completing treatment for the microfracture, Beamack was placed in the knee. Rabbits were treated with and without Feistin. The rabbits were divided into four groups. Microfracture Alone Group, Microfracture Plus Fistine Group, Microfracture Plus Beamack Group, Microfracture Plus Fistine Plus Beamack Group. Macroscopic appearance, micro-CT histology, QPCR, and biomechanical tests were performed. In the Microfracture Plus Bemac and Microfracture Plus Fistine Plus Bemac groups, the ICRS macroscopic appearance increased significantly compared to the Microfracture Plus Bemac and Microfracture Plus Fistine Plus Bemac groups. Micro CT Histology, Microfracture Plus Fistine, Microfracture Plus Beamack, Microfracture Plus Fistine Plus Beamack group and Microfracture Plus Fistine Plus Beamack group have increased significantly. There was a large increase compared to the Microfracture Plus Bemac, Microfracture Plus Fistine, and Microfracture Plus Bemac groups. Compared to microfracture, regeneration of culture was higher. The result is that after microfracture, when we combine fighting and Beamack,
Video Summary
In this video, the speaker expresses gratitude for the opportunity to share their research on microfracture treatment for cartilage injuries. They discuss how microfracture is a minimally invasive and cost-effective treatment option, but its long-term effectiveness is limited to patients with large defects. The speaker then introduces two substances called Phytitin and Bemac, which have shown potential in improving microfracture treatment. They conducted an experiment on rabbits, creating cartilage defects and using Phytitin and Bemac in combination with microfracture. The results showed that the combination treatment had positive effects on macroscopic appearance, histology, and regeneration of cartilage culture compared to microfracture alone. No credits were mentioned.
