All right, good morning and welcome. So we're excited to put on the this year's orthopedic sports medicine review course. We think it will be and I anticipate this being a worthwhile course for you. Looking forward we have some good speakers. A couple of announcements. You can claim your CME for this course immediately after the course by going to myAOSSM and under the CME tab you can download your certificate for the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi network is AOSSM and the passwords AOSSM2019 lowercase. We have in the past had good reviews for this course and we'd like to continue to make it a good course and key to that is getting the feedback from the attendees. So at the end of every day the staff will be e-mailing each one of you an e-val for each talk that was given that day. It's important you give us honest good feedback so we can continue to improve the course and make it as good as possible. There's a continental breakfast every morning and there's lunch today and tomorrow. You can actually access all these presentations, the PowerPoint and PDF format after the meeting again going to myAOSSM and clicking under the meetings tab. Any questions about how to access the talks or get your CME just chat with the AOSSM staff out in the lobby. They'll be very helpful. And then in September you can actually access the video with the audio. So the presentation with the slides are synced. And again you can access that from going to myAOSSM meetings tab on the web. So we'll do all we can to stay on time and I think we're a few minutes ahead of time. So I think we'll take advantage of that and I'll introduce our, first of all I want to thank my co-director Bruce Miller from the University of Michigan and the AOSSM staff for putting this meeting together. So our first speaker is Dr. Tom Gill from the Boston Sports Medicine Research Institute and he's going to speak to us, kick off our shoulder talks by discussing rotator cuff. All right, thanks Tom.
