All right. I think we'll get started. My name's Chris Keating and I want to recognize Bruce Miller, the co-directors for the course. We're excited about the course and those of you who've been here before, you know we really value your feedback. So part of our request is at the end of every day you'll receive an email asking you to give us some feedback in each of the talks. That's important to us because we try to make these talks as valuable and worthwhile to you as possible. We know you're here for a reason. You have an exam you want to pass and you've taken time and spent money to be here so we want to make sure we give you what you're looking for. A couple announcements. There's a change to the agenda. Tomorrow Dr. Best will give his presentation from 11.15 to 12.15. He's flipping with me. My knee ligament talk will now be at 4 o'clock tomorrow. So that flip is not in your outline but we'll remind you again tomorrow. Also want to let you know you can claim your CME immediately after the course by logging on to your MyAOSSM account under the CME tab. Meeting evaluations, again, ask you to please fill those out every day. We want some good, honest, constructive feedback. There's a continental breakfast every day each of the three mornings and there's lunch provided today but there is not lunch provided tomorrow. We've expanded the lunch window by 15 minutes. Water tower place is right here. I think getting out, stretching out, getting out of the building a little bit will probably be good for your lunch. You can access the online presentations. They're in a PDF format after the meeting. If you go to the AOSSM website and you go to MyAOSSM and then go to the meetings tab and you click on the resources link next to the 2018 review course and you can access the online presentations. And in about two weeks at the same location on the AOSSM website you'll be able to access the meeting recordings where they've taken the slide presentation and the presenter's audio and they've got them synced. So that'll be available on the AOSSM website in about two weeks. So with that any initial questions? Now I have a question here. People are here predominantly either to take the subspecialty sports certification exam or the maintenance of certification, MOC, combined sports. How many are here for the MOC? Can you raise your hand? So that's pretty impressive. And how many are here for their first certification exam? All right. So actually more MOCs. All right. Julie, let's go ahead and start.
